- Not yet booking gigs with a clear strategy or rhythm

Mentorship
Artistic Establishment
At the Developing stage, artists are experimenting—but often missing cohesion. You may have songs, maybe even fans, but something isn’t quite sticking. Our mentorship focuses on helping you define who you are musically and visually, so your artistry begins to resonate with purpose.
This includes:
- Clarifying your genre, voice, and songwriting style
- Establishing your creative message and musical direction
- Building visual identity and story cohesion
- Strengthening confidence in your unique sound
Live Performance Confidence
You’ve had stage time—but not stage command. Developing Artists are still learning how to own a room, keep an audience engaged, and recover from missteps. We mentor you on turning nervous energy into authentic presence.
This includes:
- Training on stage awareness, body language, and transitions
- Learning to craft short, effective setlists
- Building crowd interaction skills and performance stamina
- Constructive feedback from real-world performances
Foundational Growth
This is the build phase. You’re past open mic curiosity and now need the basic systems to start treating music like a career. We guide you in setting up the minimum viable structure: early content, brand direction, and digital presence.
This includes:
- Launching or strengthening your digital footprint (Spotify, socials)
- Support for first photo/video sessions and EPK development
- Guidance on early distribution, copyright, and royalties
- Creating habits for productivity and professional development
